Before going to their new homes, each puppy is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian. All puppies are up to date on vaccinations and deworming treatments appropriate for their age. A copy of their vaccination and health record will be provided to you upon purchase.
We offer a 72-hour general health guarantee from the time of purchase. Within this period, you should have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the vet finds any undisclosed illness or condition, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange, provided that the condition is confirmed in writing by the vet.
We also provide a one-year health guarantee against serious congenital and hereditary conditions that may affect your puppy’s quality of life. If a certified veterinarian diagnoses a life-altering genetic disorder within the first year, you will have the option to return the puppy for a full refund or receive a replacement puppy of equal value. Any claim must be substantiated by the veterinarian in writing, and we reserve the right to have the puppy examined by a vet of our choice.

We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home a Puppy from us. As a conscientious breeder, experienced Puppy counsellors, and die-hard Puppy lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our Puppy’s. However, certain things are never in our control. A Puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care.
If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your Puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!
We do not believe your pet is replaceable, but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a Puppy within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the pet is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your Puppy, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.
In the event of the death of a pet, due to genetics, after ten years of birth, we will issue a credit in the amount of 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement Puppy of equivalent value. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy Puppy to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your Puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:
Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your pet. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your pet will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your pet.
The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations.
While we de-worm and vaccinate your pet till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE
We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability of your new pet.
No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are overweight.
Failure to provide your Puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
We require all our Puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our Puppies. This report certifies the health condition for every Puppy against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.
This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the Puppy to you so that you are assured that the Puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the Puppy then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the Puppy. Thanks for your cooperation.
